Next Day Delivery
Next Day delivery service is free with every order. Please select this online at the time of ordering. Next day delivery orders must be completed before 3:30pm GMT and is subject to stock availability. This service ensures you receive priority from the second you place your order, your order is processed first and sent immediately to the warehouse before moving to the dispatch room for prompt delivery.
Please note Next Day delivery is not guaranteed for Saturdays and no deliveries are made on Sunday or bank holidays by our Courier. Once we have dispatched your order with DPD it should arrive the next day. Please note we have no influence over this service and although unlikely, delays can occur. No dispatches are made over the weekend.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery
Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available. Deliveries are made before 12 noon on Saturdays. Orders must be completed on the Friday before 3.30pm. This option can only be selected at the checkout on Fridays. Please note we have no influence over the postal service and although unlikely, delays can occur.
Next Day Delivery before 9.00am
You may request for Next Day delivery before 9am. This is available for an extra charge. Please select this online at the time of ordering if required, order must be completed before 3:30pm and is subject to stock availability. Next Day delivery before 9am is not guaranteed for Saturdays and no deliveries are made on Sunday or bank holidays by our Courier. Please note we have no influence over the postal service and although unlikely, delays can occur.
We do not provide international delivery.
All orders are subject to security checks.
Orders received before 15:30 UK (3.30pm) will be processed the same day between Monday-Friday and orders received after 15:30 Friday may be processed on the following working day (dispatch is subject to stock availability).
Not available to receive deliveries?
Delivery is usually via DPD or Royal mail. Orders will require a signature on arrival. If the order does require a signature and there is no one in at your address to sign for it, it will be taken to your local depot and a note will be left for you to notify you of this. The item will be stored at your local depot for at least 7 days waiting for you to collect it. Unfortunately, no instructions can be give to the delivery staff to leave the order else where. Please note that once delivery has been made to your selected delivery address, the goods are then your responsibility.
Which delivery companies do we use?
We use DPD and Royal Mail for deliveries to our customers. Please note that we cannot guarantee the use of any particular courier company.
Most orders are usually delivered within 1-6 working days, depending on the delivery option selected. Occasionally, due to postal delays, they may take longer. Please contact us if you have not received your order, and we will start looking into this for you straight away. We apologise for any inconvenience a delay may cause you.
We realise that the internet is based on trust so we make security our number one priority. Our commitment to this will remain prominent for the future.
Your credit card details are sent to Pay Pal’s servers via 128 bit encryption whilst the order is processed. At no point are your credit card details sent over an unsecured connection or stored within our system.
Shopping with us is safe. Once the transaction has been processed your card numbers are automatically deleted and no longer available. Deleting the card numbers offers maximum protection against any fraudulent use. Using you credit card on the internet is becoming regarded as the safest place to shop.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
